Suggestion: separate namespace for KV service

Description

All of the services except for KV are under their own namespace. Might be nice for KV to have its own namespace too.

Additionally, we have all of the operations under a namespace called "Couchbase.Core.IO.Operations.Legacy" - I think "Legacy" can be dropped since it appears were sticking with the current structure.
