[Upgrade] : Service 'index' exited with status 2 with upgrade

Description

Steps to reproduce

  1. Created a cluster in 7.2.6 with 5 kv nodes, 3 index-query nodes

  2. Created a bucket and loaded 10M documents on it(hotel dataset)

  3. Ran a KV CRUD + Query workload on it

  4. Started upgrade using failover recovery method

  5. Upgraded 1 index-query node.

  6. Added to cluster and started rebalance.

  7. Rebalance fails

Started observing index crashes moment it was added to cluster

It continuously crashes in a loop during the mixed mode.
