Verified on build 5.0.0-2182.  I could not reproduce this issue.

  • Configure backup in backup host

  • Create a document in cluster host

  • Take backup and compact the backup

  • Delete the document in cluster host

  • Take backup and compact the backup

  • Merge two compacted backups

  • Verify no doc in backup

  • Restore backup to another cluster

  • Verify no doc in bucket.

Remove fix in 4.6.0 since it was clone in MB-22042

Verified in build 4.6.0-3567.  I could not reproduce this bug
