Test and document behavior when Sink write fails

Description

Olivier Laplace asks:

Let's say that we configured the "couchbase.durability.persist_to" option to MASTER or ONE or TWO. Once the message is taken from the topic, if the persistence fails, "the connector will terminate". What does it mean exactly: the connector will no longer read messages from the topic? Or do we have some retry mecanisms? Other?
