Work around:  AND length(d.c1) > 0

It works on master which marks spans not exact  no index aggregates.

(Build couchbase-server-7.1.1-3083 contains query commit 9626e62 with commit message:
 Push available filters to index scan to reduce fetch size) Fixes in 7.1

Those can't be back ported but need to find root cause and fix if one needs fix.
